Who is responsible

What we collect
- Account: email address, display name, and your password (stored only as a hash).
- Wallet: the public address of a Leviathan wallet you link. We never receive your private keys or recovery phrase.
- Activity: orders, trades, balances, bridge requests, P2P offers and deals, and simulated banking entries.
- P2P payment details you add, such as account name and a masked account number.
- Screening: names you enter as withdrawal beneficiaries are checked against OFAC, UN and UK sanctions lists.
- Technical: IP address, browser type, timestamps and error logs, used to run and secure the service.
Why we use it
- To provide the services and keep your account secure.
- To meet legal duties, including sanctions screening and record keeping.
- To answer support requests and send service notices.
- To detect fraud, abuse and security incidents.

Storage in your browser
We store a session token in your browser to keep you signed in. The Leviathan wallet stores your encrypted keys in your browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host and operate the platform, under contract: [list of providers — to be provided by MUZA Capital]. Authorities, where the law requires. Public blockchains are public: transactions you sign on MUZA Chain or other networks are visible to anyone.
How long we keep it

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to some uses. Email support@muzacapital.com. Data on public blockchains cannot be deleted by anyone. You can also complain to your data-protection authority.
