What to include
- The email address on your account.
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened.
- For a swap, bridge transfer or P2P swap: the network and the transaction hash.
- For Practice: the market, time and order ID.
We will never ask for your recovery phrase, private key or password. Anyone who asks for them is not MUZA Capital. Your Leviathan recovery phrase exists only on your device; we cannot see it or restore it.
Swaps settle on-chain from your own wallet. Once a transaction is confirmed, we cannot reverse, cancel or refund it.
Reporting a security issue
If you find a vulnerability, send it to the security address above with steps to reproduce and the affected page or endpoint. Please do not access other users' data, disrupt the service or publish the issue before we have fixed it. We will confirm receipt and keep you updated.
