Terms of use

1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity — to be provided by MUZA Capital] (“MUZA Capital”, “we”), registered at [registered address], company number [registration number]. By creating an account or using the site you accept them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You may not use the services if you are subject to sanctions, or where using them is against the law where you live. Restricted countries: [list to be provided by MUZA Capital].
3. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at support@muzacapital.com if you think someone else has accessed it. We may ask you to verify your identity before allowing some services.
4. The services
MUZA Capital provides a spot order book, the MuzaDEX swap interface on MUZA Chain, a bridge to MUZA Chain, a P2P marketplace, paper trading, a simulated banking area and the Leviathan wallet. Some services are not live yet or may be paused; their current state is on the status page. We may add, change or withdraw features.
5. Demo credit and simulations
Until on-chain deposits and withdrawals open, exchange balances are demo credit. Demo credit, simulated banking balances and paper-trading balances have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money, and may be reset. Do not pay anyone for them.
6. Leviathan wallet
The Leviathan wallet is self-custody software. Keys are generated in your browser and are never sent to us. We do not hold your keys or your recovery phrase and cannot recover, freeze or reverse wallet transactions. You are responsible for backing up your recovery phrase.
7. Orders and trading
Orders are matched by price, then time. A filled order is final. We may reject or cancel orders that are malformed, exceed limits, or that we reasonably believe are erroneous or abusive. Reference prices are for information only.
8. Fees
Fees are listed on the fees page, which shows the schedule the exchange charges from. We will post changes there before they take effect.
9. Prohibited use
- Market manipulation, wash trading or spoofing.
- Money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or funding illegal activity.
- Accessing other people's accounts or data, or interfering with the service.
- Using automated tools in a way that degrades the service for others.
10. Suspension and closure
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or to protect users. Where we can, we will tell you why.
11. Liability
The services are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by market movements, blockchain or third-party failures, your loss of keys or credentials, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [Liability cap and consumer-rights wording — to be provided by counsel]
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app before they apply.
